Pulse is ran by a team of concerned citizens, journalists, students, television producers, teachers, UX designers, machine learning specialists, software developers and big data analysis experts. But who is the star? YOU. This is a show that finally combines the ideas of a "smart search engine" with new news headlines owned by the people... because we (combined) have the smarts to do it.

While delivering deep insights from our analytics platform, WriteIn, we get news from tomorrow's influencers, with trending reader commentary that becomes the headlines!

Pulse is where "tomorrow's journalists", concerned citizens, go to get, create and source their news. This is news for the people, by the people. Powered by the "bots". With a big helping of machine learning, we are creating a streaming online show experience like no other. Neutral, unbiased, solution-based news that viewers can watch from ages 9-90. Our DAO app for news creates 15-30-second video and reader "bites" so everyone can stay up-to-date while co-creating deeper insights through credible human and benevolent bot interaction. If WriteIn and Pulse got together and had a baby, the cute bouncing "bundle of joy" would be called....

But there always seems to be some angles to the news left on the table, that don't make in into the story's narrative. What's missing? WriteIn x Pulse presents current stats in the news headlines (hot topics), soon to be updated in real-time. We present differing (and credible) opinions from different viewpoints around different trending news topics, filed through hashtags (#). The topics through these hashtags are then ranked and rated by our proprietary AI algorithms. Giving you a complete view of where the headlines around current news stories are trending (and who cares about them); geographically and demographically. And what's the secret sauce? You!

While the "bots" are out to play... Or rather doing their "go-fetch" work by grabbing unique insights (analyzing reader/commenter sentiment), we have people commenting on our news-related hashtags, everyday. What this helps us do is track social trends and feelings around news headlines and encourage folks to take part in "tomorrow's news". At Pulse, credible news readers & commenters are the headlines.

Part of our revolutionary platform is an analytics engine. Fancy speak for a program that searches themes amongst users that comment around any given headline. Marry these search results to live commenters that view the data.... and "viola"! We have a very smart show powered by a search engine moderated by the bots to ensure the humans play fair.
